At Pinpoint Digital we follow a process honed over many years of developing web sites and web applications. Our process starts with discovery where we learn more about the needs of our client. This process can take anywhere from one meeting to five meetings and can result in a simple proposal or a 30 page specifications document. Once we build the web site or web application we stay involved with many of our clients in order to provide ongoing support and maintenance.
Pinpoint Digital was founded by John Giaccotto who holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science as well as a Masters in Business Administration. John has 20 years of experience in the web development field working on all facets of building, managing and hosting web sites. Prior to starting Pinpoint Digital, John worked at Adeptra which was later acquired by FICO. John lives in Southington with his wife and their two young children.
